Wisconsin, USA. October 2018. Throughout 2018 Wisconsin River Alliance ran stories about influential “water heroes” across the state. In October, prior to the November midterms, they sought to highlight three of the Water Heroes’ stories more in depth with short films. The campaign operated as a web series leading up to the election, and is part of their multimedia presentation package for 2019 conferences.
